It is the last day of 2011!

We have had a great year, we are looking forward to a great New Year!

We have grown as a family so much this year.

So happy to have our great happy healthy girls.

Our cute happy puppy minie, (thinking about adding a new pet for the new year.)

I do hope to get more scrapping done.....

need to work on sticking to our budget! so hard! but will try!

I want to be more crafty! enjoy my kids! want to decorate or update some rooms in the house.

will try to do at least a week in the life..... every other month! maybe not?

I should just try to continue to scrap our special family events.

This was fun and easy to make, I covered an exhisiting picture with a paper bag, Tape it on the back, then paint black! added the eyes with some glue!

I have been meaning to post! but instead the last 5 months just went by so fast!

a lot has happen since then, the girls finished school! we had a fun filled summer with friends and family. We had the girls cousins come down in July for a family visit. we went on several beach play dates, we had friends over for scrapbook night! you would think that lots of scrapping would get done but no! at least not from me! i did a few pages but not as much as I wanted to accomplish! I am hopping that this fall I can do so much more. we did take a great road trip ! here is the view from the San Mateo Bridge.

One moment we are getting ready for the farm play and next thing I know we are in the middle of summer! or close to it! today is sunday, and a beautiful day in june! we got to hang out at home and chill! and tha is always nice!

Wow, I am using the little time I have right now to stop. We had a busy month in March, Madeline had her 2nd grade play "Bebop with Aesop" lots of practice and a great success! also Rebecca had her kindergarten play "Down on the Farm" she was a farmers wife, her lines were something like this "I have cooked and clean all my life is hard to be a farmers wife!" so true for a farmers' wife! now she walks about the house saying "Mom I do not want to be a farmer's wife" my stock answer, honey you go to college and you do not have to be a farmers wife you can be a scientist! she said no mom I want to work in a dog shelter (ok so how old do you have to be to volunteer in a dog shelter?) maybe if she does that for a few years she might change her mind and be the vet in the dog shelter! Madeline turn 8 in march, she has been so excited for her birthday! we should have a fun time celebrating it! I even made a chocolate cake! and then cupcakes for tonight!
